The Czech Republic is famous for its beer and O' Che’s bar - owned by an
Englishman and favored by many of the city's finest sportsmen, upholds and
celebrates that honor. This friendly and relaxed atmosphere has an Irish theme with a
twist of Cuban, South American, and Mexican cultures.
This pub is just a two-minute walk from Charles Bridge. Nestled in a
picturesque setting, this small bar is located on Liliova, which is one of the streets of
Karlova that leads down to the river from the Old Town Square. The wonderful staff
and friendly travelers are always willing to engage in lively conversation.
As far as food is concerned, it is the best in town. The pub opens at 10:30 am
for breakfast, lunch and beyond. The bar menu is English-oriented and patron’s will
find a wide array of delicious cuisine to satisfy any appetite. The bar offers dishes
such as lasagna, bangers and mash, and fajitas.
O' Che’s bar has some sports bar features to it as well. Sitting in any seat at
the bar, visitors can get a great view of any game shown on three TVs and a large
projection screen. All major sports channels are available making this the perfect spot
to enjoy great drinks, good food, and lively conversation while watching the best
sports TV available.
Speaking of drinks, O' Che’s has the best around. The bar serves over 75
different liquors with an alcohol content of 75% and is the only bar that serves
Absinth.
