Job Description :

Diagnose and perform advanced level logical and physical data recoveries for Lockheed Martin Business units and customers while utilizing the latest advanced tools and techniques. Provide customer support and management of all aspects of the recovery process. Maintain accurate historical records of past and present recoveries. May provide training and oversight to less experienced personnel. Maintain inventory of repair components. Ensure the proper wiping and disposal of surplus media. Keep up to date with advancing technology and develop new process to recover data and make recommendation on equipment and tools required. Extensive computer hardware maintenance and warranty repair experience required for assistance with computer repair support activities; interface with hardware vendors and Desktop Support Team; track and report service metrics; Maintain repair parts inventory. •This facility requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with physical hard drive repair, logical data recovery, RAID reconstruction, hard drive password resets, decryption issues, Flash hardware recovery, and disk cloning. - Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and drive firm problems. - Significant experience with Logical Recovery of disabled hard drives and Solid State Drives. - Experience in the use of file format recognition tools; such as Deepspar imaging software.

Desired skills

- IACRB Certified Data Recovery Professional (CDRP) certification. - Familiarity with PC-3000 and/or Deepspar imagers. - Experience with surface mount soldering, component level HD swap/repair. - Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. - Experience in IT customer service environment using Remedy ITSM. - Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to customer service. - Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Demonstrated effective teaming skills. -Experience with McAfee and Symantec End Point Encryption applications. -Aptitude for learning new technologies. -Desktop support experience with Windows and Mac OS.
