In Qatar exploitation of migrant labourers

Qatar is coming under the cloud of exploitation of migrant labourers as they are forced to live in a camp where water, sanitation and medical facilities are almost nil. At the same time, these workers were working on building a stadium and infrastructure for the World Cup 2022, hosted by Qatar.
If any laborers complain, they are targeted by the employers. Most of the laborers are forced to work for 1/10 wage is paid for the natives. Besides, more than 5000 migrants labourers are believed to have died due to poor working condition, merciless employers, I'll treatment and harmful weather conditions. The labourers come after paying a hefty amount to the agents, but they get merely $275 minimum wages, and harsh weather, cruel and inhuman employers and insensitive human right activists.
Though many media and human right NGOs watch the developments, there is no clue about such a mass death toll while working building stadiums for many years.
The FIFA is silent and insensitive about this issue.
Are world human right activists hearing it?
